To access our remote online technical assistance please follow these simple instructions.
Instructions
Step 1
Call Catskin Studio on (07) 3806 5252 to organise the appointment.
Step 2
Run ShowMyPC on the PC where support is required.
Step 3
Click Show My PC to Remote Users Button
on the ShowMyPC window. A Password is generated and displayed to
the right of the button.
Step 4
Using phone or email, share your password with our consultant. We would prefer that you stay on the phone with us for the duration of the remote support session.
Once our support activities have been carried out, our consultant will disconnect form your PC. At this point you can simply close the ShowMyPC window to finish.

ShowMyPC is a Community for Online Meetings and Collaboration. Providing free tools for Instant Collaboration to Service Providers and Users. The tools on this site are meant for Desktop Sharing and Remote PC access, as free community alternatives to WebEx or Gotomypc.
